When friends betray

羅馬書 12:17 - 18 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
不要以惡報惡;眾人以為美的事要留心去做。 若是能行,總要盡力與眾人和睦。
約伯記 19:14 My relatives have gone away; my closest friends have forgotten me.
我的親戚與我斷絕;我的密友都忘記我。
箴言 18:24 One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
濫交朋友的,自取敗壞;但有一朋友比弟兄更親密。
羅馬書 12:19 - 20 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."
親愛的弟兄,不要自己伸冤,寧可讓步,聽憑主怒(或作:讓人發怒);因為經上記著:「主說:『伸冤在我;我必報應。』」 所以,「你的仇敵若餓了,就給他吃,若渴了,就給他喝;因為你這樣行就是把炭火堆在他的頭上。」
詩篇 41:9 - 11 Even my close friend, someone I trusted, one who shared my bread, has turned against me. But may you have mercy on me, Lord; raise me up, that I may repay them. I know that you are pleased with me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.
連我知己的朋友,我所倚靠、吃過我飯的也用腳踢我。 耶和華啊,求你憐恤我,使我起來,好報復他們! 因我的仇敵不得向我誇勝,我從此便知道你喜愛我。
希伯來書 13:5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."
你們存心不可貪愛錢財,要以自己所有的為足;因為主曾說:『我總不撇下你,也不丟棄你。』
約伯記 19:19 All my intimate friends detest me; those I love have turned against me.
我的密友都憎惡我;我平日所愛的人向我翻臉。
羅馬書 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
你不可為惡所勝,反要以善勝惡。
提摩太後書 4:16 - 17 At my first defense, no one came to my support, but everyone deserted me. May it not be held against them. But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion's mouth.
我初次申訴,沒有人前來幫助,竟都離棄我;但願這罪不歸與他們。 惟有主站在我旁邊,加給我力量,使福音被我盡都傳明,叫外邦人都聽見;我也從獅子口裡被救出來。
路加福音 17:3 - 4 So watch yourselves. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying 'I repent,' you must forgive them."
你們要謹慎!若是你的弟兄得罪你,就勸戒他;他若懊悔,就饒恕他。 倘若他一天七次得罪你,又七次回轉,說:『我懊悔了』,你總要饒恕他。」
