哥林多後書 1:20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.

希伯來書 6:17 - 18 Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged.
照樣,神願意為那承受應許的人格外顯明他的旨意是不更改的,就起誓為證。 藉這兩件不更改的事,神決不能說謊,好叫我們這逃往避難所、持定擺在我們前頭指望的人可以大得勉勵。
希伯來書 10:23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.

詩篇 89:5 - 8 The heavens praise your wonders, Lord, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones. For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord? Who is like the Lord among the heavenly beings? In the council of the holy ones God is greatly feared; he is more awesome than all who surround him. Who is like you, Lord God Almighty? You, Lord, are mighty, and your faithfulness surrounds you.
耶和華啊,諸天要稱讚你的奇事;在聖者的會中,要稱讚你的信實。 在天空誰能比耶和華呢?神的眾子中,誰能像耶和華呢? 他在聖者的會中,是大有威嚴的神,比一切在他四圍的更可畏懼。 耶和華萬軍之神啊,那一個大能者像你耶和華?你的信實是在你的四圍。
以西結書 12:28 "Therefore say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign Lord says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign Lord.' "

提摩太後書 1:12 That is why I am suffering as I am. Yet this is no cause for shame, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him until that day.

Some pour out gold from their bags and weigh out silver on the scales; they hire a goldsmith to make it into a god, and they bow down and worship it. They lift it to their shoulders and carry it; they set it up in its place, and there it stands. From that spot it cannot move. Even though someone cries out to it, it cannot answer; it cannot save them from their troubles. "Remember this, keep it in mind, take it to heart, you rebels. Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me. I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, 'My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.' From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do.
直到你們年老,我仍這樣;直到你們髮白,我仍懷搋。我已造作,也必保抱;我必懷抱,也必拯救。 你們將誰與我相比,與我同等,可以與我比較,使我們相同呢? 那從囊中抓金子,用天平平銀子的人,雇銀匠製造神像,他們又俯伏,又叩拜。 他們將神像抬起,扛在肩上,安置在定處,他就站立,不離本位;人呼求他,他不能答應,也不能救人脫離患難。 你們當想念這事,自己作大丈夫。悖逆的人哪,要心裡思想。 你們要追念上古的事。因為我是神,並無別神;我是神,再沒有能比我的。 我從起初指明末後的事,從古時言明未成的事,說:我的籌算必立定;凡我所喜悅的,我必成就。 我召鷙鳥從東方來,召那成就我籌算的人從遠方來。我已說出,也必成就;我已謀定,也必做成。
以賽亞書 49:15 "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!
婦人焉能忘記他吃奶的嬰孩,不憐恤他所生的兒子?即或有忘記的,我卻不忘記你。
以賽亞書 55:10 - 11 As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
雨雪從天而降,並不返回,卻滋潤地土,使地上發芽結實,使撒種的有種,使要吃的有糧。 我口所出的話也必如此,決不徒然返回,卻要成就我所喜悅的,在我發他去成就(發他去成就:或作所命定)的事上必然亨通。
使徒行傳 27:25 So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me.
所以眾位可以放心,我信神他怎樣對我說:事情也要怎樣成就。
