哥林多前書 6:19 - 20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
豈不知你們的身子就是聖靈的殿嗎?這聖靈是從神而來,住在你們裡頭的;並且你們不是自己的人; 因為你們是重價買來的。所以,要在你們的身子上榮耀神。

凡事都有定期,天下萬務都有定時。 生有時,死有時;栽種有時,拔出所栽種的也有時;
傳道書 7:17 Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool- why die before your time?
不要行惡過分,也不要為人愚昧,何必不到期而死呢?
創世記 9:6 "Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind.
凡流人血的,他的血也必被人所流,因為神造人是照自己的形像造的。
傳道書 8:8 As no one has power over the wind to contain it, so no one has power over the time of their death. As no one is discharged in time of war, so wickedness will not release those who practice it.
無人有權力掌管生命,將生命留住;也無人有權力掌管死期;這場爭戰,無人能免;邪惡也不能救那好行邪惡的人。
哥林多前書 3:16 - 17 Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person; for God's temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.

希伯來書 9:27 Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,

馬太福音 10:28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
那殺身體,不能殺靈魂的,不要怕他們;惟有能把身體和靈魂都滅在地獄裡的,正要怕他。
哥林多前書 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

羅馬書 5:3 - 5 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. 羅馬書 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is your true and proper worship.
所以弟兄們,我以神的慈悲勸你們,將身體獻上,當作活祭,是聖潔的,是神所喜悅的;你們如此事奉乃是理所當然的。
創世記 2:7 Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
耶和華神用地上的塵土造人,將生氣吹在他鼻孔裡,他就成了有靈的活人,名叫亞當。
撒母耳記上 31:4 - 5 Saul said to his armor-bearer, "Draw your sword and run me through, or these uncircumcised fellows will come and run me through and abuse me." But his armor-bearer was terrified and would not do it; so Saul took his own sword and fell on it. When the armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he too fell on his sword and died with him.
就吩咐拿他兵器的人說:「你拔出刀來,將我刺死,免得那些未受割禮的人來刺我,凌辱我。」但拿兵器的人甚懼怕,不肯刺他;掃羅就自己伏在刀上死了。 拿兵器的人見掃羅已死,也伏在刀上死了。
啟示錄 21:4 'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
神要擦去他們一切的眼淚;不再有死亡,也不再有悲哀、哭號、疼痛,因為以前的事都過去了。」

And I took the crown that was on his head and the band on his arm and have brought them here to my lord." Then David and all the men with him took hold of their clothes and tore them. They mourned and wept and fasted till evening for Saul and his son Jonathan, and for the army of the Lord and for the nation of Israel, because they had fallen by the sword. David said to the young man who brought him the report, "Where are you from?" "I am the son of a foreigner, an Amalekite," he answered. David asked him, "Why weren't you afraid to lift your hand to destroy the Lord's anointed?" Then David called one of his men and said, "Go, strike him down!" So he struck him down, and he died. For David had said to him, "Your blood be on your own head. Your own mouth testified against you when you said, 'I killed the Lord's anointed.' "

約伯記 30:23 I know you will bring me down to death, to the place appointed for all the living.
我知道要使我臨到死地,到那為眾生所定的陰宅。
耶利米書 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
耶和華說:我知道我向你們所懷的意念是賜平安的意念,不是降災禍的意念,要叫你們末後有指望。

哥林多後書 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
因為我們眾人必要在基督臺前顯露出來,叫各人按著本身所行的,或善或惡受報。
