雅各書 5:18 Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.
他又禱告,天就降下雨來,地也生出土產。
利未記 26:4 I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit.
我就給你們降下時雨,叫地生出土產,田野的樹木結果子。
歷代志下 7:13 "When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people,
我若使天閉塞不下雨,或使蝗蟲吃這地的出產,或使瘟疫流行在我民中,

撒迦利亞書 10:1 Ask the Lord for rain in the springtime; it is the Lord who sends the thunderstorms. He gives showers of rain to all people, and plants of the field to everyone.
當春雨的時候,你們要向發閃電的耶和華求雨。他必為眾人降下甘霖,使田園生長菜蔬。
耶利米書 5:24 They do not say to themselves, 'Let us fear the Lord our God, who gives autumn and spring rains in season, who assures us of the regular weeks of harvest.'
心內也不說:我們應當敬畏耶和華我們的神;他按時賜雨,就是秋雨春雨,又為我們定收割的節令,永存不廢。
何西阿書 6:3 Let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth."
我們務要認識耶和華,竭力追求認識他。他出現確如晨光;他必臨到我們像甘雨,像滋潤田地的春雨。
列王記上 18:41 - 45 And Elijah said to Ahab, "Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain." So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees. "Go and look toward the sea," he told his servant. And he went up and looked. "There is nothing there," he said. Seven times Elijah said, "Go back." The seventh time the servant reported, "A cloud as small as a man's hand is rising from the sea." So Elijah said, "Go and tell Ahab, 'Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.' " Meanwhile, the sky grew black with clouds, the wind rose, a heavy rain started falling and Ahab rode off to Jezreel.
以利亞對亞哈說:「你現在可以上去吃喝,因為有多雨的響聲了。」 亞哈就上去吃喝。以利亞上了迦密山頂,屈身在地,將臉伏在兩膝之中; 對僕人說:「你上去,向海觀看。」僕人就上去觀看,說:「沒有什麼。」他說:「你再去觀看。」如此七次。 第七次僕人說:「我看見有一小片雲從海裡上來,不過如人手那樣大。」以利亞說:「你上去告訴亞哈,當套車下去,免得被雨阻擋。」 霎時間,天因風雲黑暗,降下大雨。亞哈就坐車往耶斯列去了。
耶利米書 14:22 Do any of the worthless idols of the nations bring rain? Do the skies themselves send down showers? No, it is you, Lord our God. Therefore our hope is in you, for you are the one who does all this.
外邦人虛無的神中有能降雨的嗎?天能自降甘霖嗎?耶和華我們的神啊,能如此的不是你嗎?所以,我們仍要等候你,因為這一切都是你所造的。
詩篇 72:6 May he be like rain falling on a mown field, like showers watering the earth.
他必降臨,像雨降在已割的草地上,如甘霖滋潤田地。
雅各書 5:17 Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years.

創世記 7:17 - 24 For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth. The waters rose and increased greatly on the earth, and the ark floated on the surface of the water. They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered. The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits. Every living thing that moved on land perished-birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; people and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark. The waters flooded the earth for a hundred and fifty days.
洪水氾濫在地上四十天,水往上長,把方舟從地上漂起。 水勢浩大,在地上大大的往上長,方舟在水面上漂來漂去。 水勢在地上極其浩大,天下的高山都淹沒了。 水勢比山高過十五肘,山嶺都淹沒了。 凡在地上有血肉的動物,就是飛鳥、牲畜、走獸,和爬在地上的昆蟲,以及所有的人,都死了。 凡在旱地上、鼻孔有氣息的生靈都死了。 凡地上各類的活物,連人帶牲畜、昆蟲,以及空中的飛鳥,都從地上除滅了,只留下挪亞和那些與他同在方舟裡的。 水勢浩大,在地上共一百五十天。
撒迦利亞書 14:17 If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain.
地上萬族中,凡不上耶路撒冷敬拜大君王萬軍之耶和華的,必無雨降在他們的地上。
創世記 7:10 - 12 And after the seven days the floodwaters came on the earth. In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, on the seventeenth day of the second month-on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.
過了那七天,洪水氾濫在地上。 當挪亞六百歲,二月十七日那一天,大淵的泉源都裂開了,天上的窗戶也敞開了, 四十晝夜降大雨在地上。
出埃及記 9:33 Then Moses left Pharaoh and went out of the city. He spread out his hands toward the Lord; the thunder and hail stopped, and the rain no longer poured down on the land.
摩西離了法老出城,向耶和華舉手禱告;雷和雹就止住,雨也不再澆在地上了。
撒母耳記上 12:16 - 19 "Now then, stand still and see this great thing the Lord is about to do before your eyes! Is it not wheat harvest now? I will call on the Lord to send thunder and rain. And you will realize what an evil thing you did in the eyes of the Lord when you asked for a king." Then Samuel called on the Lord, and that same day the Lord sent thunder and rain. So all the people stood in awe of the Lord and of Samuel. The people all said to Samuel, "Pray to the Lord your God for your servants so that we will not die, for we have added to all our other sins the evil of asking for a king."

列王記上 8:36 then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel. Teach them the right way to live, and send rain on the land you gave your people for an inheritance.
求你在天上垂聽,赦免你僕人以色列民的罪,將當行的善道指教他們,且降雨在你的地,就是你賜給你民為業之地。

他對雪說:要降在地上;對大雨和暴雨也是這樣說。
出埃及記 9:22 - 26 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand toward the sky so that hail will fall all over Egypt-on people and animals and on everything growing in the fields of Egypt." When Moses stretched out his staff toward the sky, the Lord sent thunder and hail, and lightning flashed down to the ground. So the Lord rained hail on the land of Egypt; hail fell and lightning flashed back and forth. It was the worst storm in all the land of Egypt since it had become a nation. Throughout Egypt hail struck everything in the fields-both people and animals; it beat down everything growing in the fields and stripped every tree. The only place it did not hail was the land of Goshen, where the Israelites were.
耶和華對摩西說:「你向天伸杖,使埃及遍地的人身上和牲畜身上,並田間各樣菜蔬上,都有冰雹。」 摩西向天伸杖,耶和華就打雷下雹,有火閃到地上;耶和華下雹在埃及地上。 那時,雹與火攙雜,甚是厲害,自從埃及成國以來,遍地沒有這樣的。 在埃及遍地,雹擊打了田間所有的人和牲畜,並一切的菜蔬,又打壞田間一切的樹木。 惟獨以色列人所住的歌珊地沒有冰雹。
以斯拉記 10:13 But there are many people here and it is the rainy season; so we cannot stand outside. Besides, this matter cannot be taken care of in a day or two, because we have sinned greatly in this thing.
只是百姓眾多,又逢大雨的時令,我們不能站在外頭,這也不是一兩天辦完的事,因我們在這事上犯了大罪;
