提摩太前書 2:1 I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people-
我勸你,第一要為萬人懇求、禱告、代求、祝謝;
帖撒羅尼迦前書 1:2 We always thank God for all of you and continually mention you in our prayers.
我們為你們眾人常常感謝神,禱告的時候提到你們,
雅各書 5:14 - 20 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops. My brothers and sisters, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover over a multitude of sins.
你們中間有病了的呢,他就該請教會的長老來;他們可以奉主的名用油抹他,為他禱告。 出於信心的祈禱要救那病人,主必叫他起來;他若犯了罪,也必蒙赦免。 所以你們要彼此認罪,互相代求,使你們可以得醫治。義人祈禱所發的力量是大有功效的。 以利亞與我們是一樣性情的人,他懇切禱告,求不要下雨,雨就三年零六個月不下在地上。 他又禱告,天就降下雨來,地也生出土產。 我的弟兄們,你們中間若有失迷真道的,有人使他回轉, 這人該知道:叫一個罪人從迷路上轉回便是救一個靈魂不死,並且遮蓋許多的罪。
帖撒羅尼迦前書 5:25 Brothers and sisters, pray for us.
請弟兄們為我們禱告。
約翰一書 5:16 If you see any brother or sister commit a sin that does not lead to death, you should pray and God will give them life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that you should pray about that.
人若看見弟兄犯了不至於死的罪,就當為他祈求,神必將生命賜給他;有至於死的罪,我不說當為這罪祈求。
民數記 21:7 The people came to Moses and said, "We sinned when we spoke against the Lord and against you. Pray that the Lord will take the snakes away from us." So Moses prayed for the people.
百姓到摩西那裡,說:「我們怨讟耶和華和你,有罪了。求你禱告耶和華,叫這些蛇離開我們。」於是摩西為百姓禱告。
撒母耳記上 12:23 As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right.
至於我,斷不停止為你們禱告,以致得罪耶和華。我必以善道正路指教你們。
以弗所書 3:14 - 19 For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
因此,我在父面前屈膝, (天上地上的各﹝或作:全家﹞,都是從他得名) 求他按著他豐盛的榮耀,藉著他的靈,叫你們心裡的力量剛強起來, 使基督因你們的信,住在你們心裡,叫你們的愛心有根有基, 能以和眾聖徒一同明白基督的愛是何等長闊高深, 並知道這愛是過於人所能測度的,便叫神一切所充滿的,充滿了你們。
歌羅西書 1:3 We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you,

撒母耳記上 25:23 - 35 When Abigail saw David, she quickly got off her donkey and bowed down before David with her face to the ground. She fell at his feet and said: "Pardon your servant, my lord, and let me speak to you; hear what your servant has to say. Please pay no attention, my lord, to that wicked man Nabal. He is just like his name-his name means Fool, and folly goes with him. And as for me, your servant, I did not see the men my lord sent. And now, my lord, as surely as the Lord your God lives and as you live, since the Lord has kept you from bloodshed and from avenging yourself with your own hands, may your enemies and all who are intent on harming my lord be like Nabal. And let this gift, which your servant has brought to my lord, be given to the men who follow you. "Please forgive your servant's presumption. The Lord your God will certainly make a lasting dynasty for my lord, because you fight the Lord's battles, and no wrongdoing will be found in you as long as you live. Even though someone is pursuing you to take your life, the life of my lord will be bound securely in the bundle of the living by the Lord your God, but the lives of your enemies he will hurl away as from the pocket of a sling. When the Lord has fulfilled for my lord every good thing he promised concerning him and has appointed him ruler over Israel, my lord will not have on his conscience the staggering burden of needless bloodshed or of having avenged himself. And when the Lord your God has brought my lord success, remember your servant." David said to Abigail, "Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, who has sent you today to meet me. May you be blessed for your good judgment and for keeping me from bloodshed this day and from avenging myself with my own hands. Otherwise, as surely as the Lord, the God of Israel, lives, who has kept me from harming you, if you had not come quickly to meet me, not one male belonging to Nabal would have been left alive by daybreak." Then David accepted from her hand what she had brought him and said, "Go home in peace. I have heard your words and granted your request."
亞比該見大衛,便急忙下驢,在大衛面前臉伏於地叩拜, 俯伏在大衛的腳前,說:「我主啊,願這罪歸我!求你容婢女向你進言,更求你聽婢女的話。 我主不要理這壞人拿八,他的性情與他的名相稱;他名叫拿八(就是愚頑的意思),他為人果然愚頑。但我主所打發的僕人,婢女並沒有看見。 我主啊,耶和華既然阻止你親手報仇,取流血的罪,所以我指著永生的耶和華、又敢在你面前起誓說:『願你的仇敵和謀害你的人都像拿八一樣。』 如今求你將婢女送來的禮物給跟隨你的僕人。 求你饒恕婢女的罪過。耶和華必為我主建立堅固的家,因我主為耶和華爭戰;並且在你平生的日子查不出有什麼過來。 雖有人起來追逼你,尋索你的性命,你的性命卻在耶和華你的神那裡蒙保護,如包裹寶器一樣;你仇敵的性命,耶和華必拋去,如用機弦甩石一樣。 我主現在若不親手報仇流無辜人的血,到了耶和華照所應許你的話賜福與你,立你作以色列的王,那時我主必不至心裡不安,覺得良心有虧。耶和華賜福與我主的時候,求你記念婢女。」 大衛對亞比該說:「耶和華以色列的神是應當稱頌的,因為他今日使你來迎接我。 你和你的見識也當稱讚;因為你今日攔阻我親手報仇、流人的血。 我指著阻止我加害於你的耶和華以色列永生的神起誓,你若不速速地來迎接我,到明日早晨,凡屬拿八的男丁必定不留一個。」 大衛受了亞比該送來的禮物,就對他說:「我聽了你的話,准了你的情面,你可以平平安安的回家吧!」
馬太福音 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
只是我告訴你們,要愛你們的仇敵,為那逼迫你們的禱告。
以弗所書 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.
靠著聖靈,隨時多方禱告祈求;並要在此警醒不倦,為眾聖徒祈求,
耶利米書 29:7 Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper."
我所使你們被擄到的那城,你們要為那城求平安,為那城禱告耶和華;因為那城得平安,你們也隨著得平安。
羅馬書 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
況且我們的軟弱有聖靈幫助,我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告,只是聖靈親自用說不出來的歎息替我們禱告。
腓利門書 1:4 - 6 I always thank my God as I remember you in my prayers, because I hear about your love for all his holy people and your faith in the Lord Jesus. I pray that your partnership with us in the faith may be effective in deepening your understanding of every good thing we share for the sake of Christ.
我禱告的時候提到你,常為你感謝我的神; 因聽說你的愛心並你向主耶穌和眾聖徒的信心(或作:因聽說你向主耶穌和眾聖徒有愛心有信心)。 願你與人所同有的信心顯出功效,使人知道你們各樣善事都是為基督做的。
希伯來書 7:25 Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.
凡靠著他進到神面前的人,他都能拯救到底;因為他是長遠活著,替他們祈求。
帖撒羅尼迦後書 3:1 As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.
弟兄們,我還有話說:請你們為我們禱告,好叫主的道理快快行開,得著榮耀,正如在你們中間一樣。
提摩太前書 2:2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
為君王和一切在位的,也該如此,使我們可以敬虔、端正、平安無事的度日。
以賽亞書 59:16 - 17 He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm achieved salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him. He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head; he put on the garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak.
