提摩太前書 5:3 Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need.
要尊敬那真為寡婦的。

出埃及記 22:22 - 24 "Do not take advantage of the widow or the fatherless. If you do and they cry out to me, I will certainly hear their cry. My anger will be aroused, and I will kill you with the sword; your wives will become widows and your children fatherless.
不可苦待寡婦和孤兒；若是苦待他們一點，他們向我一哀求，我總要聽他們的哀聲，並要發烈怒，用刀殺你們，使你們的妻子為寡婦，兒女為孤兒。

申命記 27:19 "Cursed is anyone who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow." Then all the people shall say, "Amen!"

以賽亞書 54:4 - 5 "Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood. For your Maker is your husband- the Lord Almighty is his name- the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of all the earth.

路加福音 6:49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete."

Doesn't she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.' In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents." Jesus continued: "There was a man who had two sons. The younger one said to his father, 'Father, give me my share of the estate.' So he divided his property between them. "Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything. "When he came to his senses, he said, 'How many of my father's hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.' So he got up and went to his father. "But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. "The son said to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.' "But the father said to his servants, 'Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let's have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.' So they began to celebrate. "Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. 'Your brother has come,' he replied, 'and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.' "The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. But he answered his father, 'Look! All these years I've been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!' " 'My son,' the father said, 'you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.' "
耶穌就用比喻說：「你們中間誰有一百隻羊失去一隻，不把這九十九隻撇在曠野、去找那失去的羊，直到找著呢？找著了，就歡歡喜喜的扛在肩上，回到家裡，就請朋友鄰舍來，對他們說：『我失去的羊已經找著了，你們和我一同歡喜吧！』我告訴你們，一個罪人悔改，在天上也要這樣為他歡喜，較比為九十九個不用悔改的義人歡喜更大。」「或是一個婦人有十塊錢，若失落一塊，豈不點上燈，打掃屋子，細細的找，直到找著嗎？找著了，就請朋友鄰舍來，對他們說：『我失落的那塊錢已經找著了，你們和我一同歡喜吧！』我告訴你們，一個罪人悔改，在神的使者面前也是這樣為他歡喜。」耶穌又說：「一個人有兩個兒子。小兒子對父親說：『父親，請你把我應得的家業分給我。』他父親就把產業分給他們。過了不多幾日，小兒子就把他一切所有的都收拾起來，往遠方去了。在那裡任意放蕩，浪費資財。既耗盡了一切所有的，又遇著那地方大遭饑荒，就窮苦起來。於是去投靠那地方的一個人；那人打發他到田裡去放豬。他恨不得拿豬所吃的豆莢充飢，也沒有人給他。他醒悟過來，就說：『我父親有多少的雇工，口糧有餘，我倒在這裡餓死嗎？我要起來，到我父親那裡去，向他說：父親！我得罪了天，又得罪了你；從今以後，我不配稱為你的兒子，把我當作一個雇工吧！』於是起來，往他父親那裡去。相離還遠，他父親看見，就動了慈心，跑去抱著他的頸項，連連與他親嘴。兒子說：『父親！我得罪了天，又得罪了你；從今以後，我不配稱為你的兒子。』父親卻吩咐僕人說：『把那上好的袍子快拿出來給他穿；把戒指戴在他指頭上；把鞋穿在他腳上；把那肥牛犢牽來宰了，我們可以吃喝快樂；因為我這個兒子是死而復活，失而又得的。』他們就快樂起來。那時，大兒子正在田裡。他回來，離家不遠，聽見作樂跳舞的聲音，便叫過一個僕人來，問是什麼事。僕人說：『你兄弟來了；你父親因為得他無災無病的回來，把肥牛犢宰了。』大兒子卻生氣，不肯進去；他父親就出來勸他。他對父親說：『我服事你這多年，從來沒有違背過你的命，你並沒有給我一隻山羊羔，叫我和朋友一同快樂。但你這個兒子和娼妓吞盡了你的產業，他一來了，你倒為他宰了肥牛犢。』父親對他說：『兒啊！你常和我同在，我一切所有的都是你的；只是你這個兄弟是死而復活、失而又得的，所以我們理當歡喜快樂。』」

提摩太前書 5:5 The widow who is really in need and left all alone puts her hope in God and continues night and day to pray and to ask God for help.
那獨居無靠、真為寡婦的，是仰賴神，晝夜不住的祈求禱告。

馬太福音 21:28 - 44 "What do you think? There was a man who had two sons. He went to the first and said, 'Son, go and work today in the vineyard.' " 'I will not,' he answered, but later he changed his mind and went. "Then the father went to the other son and said the same thing. He answered, 'I will, sir,' but he did not go. "Which of the two did what his father wanted?" "The first," they answered. Jesus said to them, "Truly I tell you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God ahead of you. For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him. "Listen to another parable: There was a landowner who planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and moved to another place. When the harvest time approached, he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit. "The tenants seized his servants; they beat one, killed another, and stoned a third. Then he sent other servants to them, more than the first time, and the tenants treated them the same way. Last of all, he sent his son to them. 'They will respect my son,' he said. "But when the tenants saw the son, they said to each other, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him and take his inheritance.' So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. "Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?" "He will bring those wretches to a wretched end," they replied, "and he will rent the vineyard to other tenants, who will give him his share of the crop at harvest time." Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes' ote style="f" caller="+"> 21:42 Psalm 118:22,23 ? "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. Anyone who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; anyone on whom it falls will be crushed."
又說：「一個人有兩個兒子。他來對大兒子說：『我兒，你今天到葡萄園裡去做工。』他回答說：『我不去』，以後自己懊悔，就去了。又來對小兒子也是這樣說。他回答說：『父啊，我去』，他卻不去。你們想，這兩個兒子是那一個遵行父命呢？」他們說：「大兒子。」耶穌說：「我實在告訴你們，稅吏和娼妓倒比你們先進神的國。因為約翰遵著義路到你們這裡來，你們卻不信他；稅吏和娼妓倒信他。你們看見了，後來還是不懊悔去信他。」「你們再聽一個比喻：有個家主栽了一個葡萄園，周圍圈上籬笆，裡面挖了一個壓酒池，蓋了一座樓，租給園戶，就往外國去了。收果子的時候近了，就打發僕人到園戶那裡去收果子。園戶拿住僕人，打了一個，殺了一個，用石頭打死一個。主人又打發別的僕人去，比先前更多；園戶還是照樣待他們。後來打發他的兒子到他們那裡去，意思說：『他們必尊敬我的兒子。』不料，園戶看見他兒子，就彼此說：（這是承受產業的。來吧，我們殺他，佔他的產業！』他們就拿住他，推出葡萄園外，殺了。園主來的時候要怎樣處治這些園戶呢？」他們說：「要下毒手除滅那些惡人，將葡萄園另租給那按著時候交果子的園戶。」耶穌說：「經上寫著：匠人所棄的石頭已作了房角的頭塊石頭。這是主所做的，在我們眼中看為希奇。這經你們沒有念過嗎？所以我告訴你們，神的國必從你們奪去，賜給那能結果子的百姓。誰掉在這石頭上，必要跌碎；這石頭掉在誰的身上，就要把誰砸得稀爛。」

馬可福音 12:40 They devour widows' houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. These men will be punished most severely."
他們侵吞寡婦的家產，假意做很長的禱告。這些人要受更重的刑罰！」

路加福音 8:5 - 8 "A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path; it was trampled on, and the birds ate it up. Some fell on rocky ground, and when it came up, the plants withered because they had no moisture. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up with it and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown." When he said this, he called out, "Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear."
「有一個撒種的出去撒種。撒的時候，有落在路旁的，被人踐踏，天上的飛鳥又來吃盡了。有落在磐石上的，一出來就枯乾了，因為得不著滋潤。有落在荊棘裡的，荊棘一同生長，把他擠住了。又有落在好土裡的，生長起來，結實百倍。」耶穌說了這些話，就大聲說：「有耳可聽的，就應當聽！」

路加福音 18:1 - 14 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.' "For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, 'Even though I don't fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually come and attack me!' " And the Lord said, "Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?" To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other people-robbers, evildoers, adulterers-or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.' "But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.' "I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted."
耶穌設一個比喻，是要人常常禱告，不可灰心。說：「某城裡有一個官，不懼怕神，也不尊重世人。那城裡有個寡婦，常到他那裡，說：『我有一個對頭，求你給我伸冤。』他多日不准。後來心裡說：『我雖不懼怕神，也不尊重世人，只因這寡婦煩擾我，我就給他伸冤吧，免得他常來纏磨我！』」主說：「你們聽這不義之官所說的話。神的選民晝夜呼籲他，他縱然為他們忍了多時，豈不終久給他們伸冤嗎？我告訴你們，要快快的給他們伸冤了。然而，人子來的時候，遇得見世上有信德嗎？」耶穌向那些仗著自己是義人，藐視別人的，設一個比喻，說：「有兩個人上殿裡去禱告：一個是法利賽人，一個是稅吏。法利賽人站著，自言自語的禱告說：『神啊，我感謝你，我不像別人勒索、不義、姦淫，也不像這個稅吏。我一個禮拜禁食兩次，凡我所得的都捐上十分之一。』那稅吏遠遠的站著，連舉目望天也不敢，只捶著胸說：『神啊，開恩可憐我這個罪人！』我告訴你們，這人回家去比那人倒算為義了；因為，凡自高的，必降為卑；自卑的，必升為高。」

提摩太前書 5:16 If any woman who is a believer has widows in her care, she should continue to help them and not let the church be burdened with them, so that the church can help those widows who are really in need.
信主的婦女，若家中有寡婦，自己就當救濟他們，不可累著教會，好使教會能救濟那真無倚靠的寡婦。

申命記 15:11 There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land.
原來那地上的窮人永不斷絕；所以我吩咐你說：『總要向你地上困苦窮乏的弟兄鬆開手。』」

路得記 4:14 The women said to Naomi: "Praise be to the Lord, who this day has not left you without a guardian-redeemer. May he become famous throughout Israel!

列王記下 8:3 At the end of the seven years she came back from the land of the Philistines and went to appeal to the king for her house and land.

路加福音 7:11 - 17 Soon afterward, Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him. As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out-the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, "Don't cry." Then he went up and touched the bier they were carrying him on, and the bearers stood still. He said, "Young man, I say to you, get up!" The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. They were all filled with awe and praised God. "A great prophet has appeared among us," they said. "God has come to help his people." This news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding country.

A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. 'Look after him,' he said, 'and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.' "Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?" The expert in the law replied, "The one who had mercy on him." Jesus told him, "Go and do likewise."

提摩太前書 5:9 No widow may be put on the list of widows unless she is over sixty, has been faithful to her husband,
寡婦記在冊子上，必須年紀到六十歲，從來只作一個丈夫的妻子，

申命記 14:28 - 29 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year's produce and store it in your towns, so that the Levites (who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.
每逢三年的末一年，你要將本年的土產十分之一都取出來，積存在你的城中。在你城裡無分無業的利未人，和你城裡寄居的，並孤兒寡婦，都可以來，吃得飽足。這樣，耶和華你的神必在你手裡所辦的一切事上賜福與你。」

以賽亞書 1:17 Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.

馬太福音 13:18 - 33 "Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path. The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful. But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown." Jesus told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. "The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?' " 'An enemy did this,' he replied. "The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?' " 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.' " He told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches." He told them still another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough."
「所以，你們當聽這撒種的比喻。凡聽見天國道理不明白的，那惡者就來，把所撒在他心裡的奪了去；這就是撒在路旁的了。撒在石頭地上的，就是人聽了道，當下歡喜領受，只因心裡沒有根，不過是暫時的，及至為道遭了患難，或是受了逼迫，立刻就跌倒了。撒在荊棘裡的，就是人聽了道，後來有世上的思慮、錢財的迷惑把道擠住了，不能結實。撒在好地上的，就是人聽道明白了，後來結實，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。」耶穌又設個比喻對他們說：「天國好像人撒好種在田裡，及至人睡覺的時候，有仇敵來，將稗子撒在麥子裡就走了。到長苗吐穗的時候，稗子也顯出來。田主的僕人來告訴他說：『主啊，你不是撒好種在田裡嗎？從那裡來的稗子呢？』主人說：『這是仇敵做的。』僕人說：『你要我們去薅出來嗎？』主人說：『不必，恐怕薅稗子，連麥子也拔出來。容這兩樣一齊長，等著收割。當收割的時候，我要對收割的人說，先將稗子薅出來，捆成捆，留著燒；惟有麥子要收在倉裡。』」他又設個比喻對他們說：「天國好像一粒芥菜種，有人拿去種在田裡。這原是百種裡最小的，等到長起來，卻比各樣的菜都大，且成了樹，天上的飛鳥來宿在他的枝上。」他又對他們講個比喻說：「天國好像麵酵，有婦人拿來，藏在三斗麵裡，直等全團都發起來。」

馬太福音 13:36 - 50 Then he left the crowd and went into the house. His disciples came to him and said, "Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field." He answered, "The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the people of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. "As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. They will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears, let them hear. "The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. "Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish. When it was full, the fishermen pulled it up on the shore. Then they sat down and collected the good fish in baskets, but threw the bad away. This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

馬太福音 22:1 - 14 Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying: "The kingdom of heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son. He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come. "Then he sent some more servants and said, 'Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.' "But they paid no attention and went off-one to his field, another to his business. The rest seized his servants, mistreated them and killed them. The king was enraged. He sent his army and destroyed those murderers and burned their city. "Then he said to his servants, 'The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. So go to the street corners and invite to the banquet anyone you find.' So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, the bad as well as the good, and the wedding hall was filled with guests. "But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. He asked, 'How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?' The man was speechless. "Then the king told the attendants, 'Tie him hand and foot, and throw him outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' "For many are invited, but few are chosen."
耶穌又用比喻對他們說：「天國好比一個王為他兒子擺設娶親的筵席，就打發僕人去，請那些被召的人來赴席，他們卻不肯來。王又打發別的僕人，說：『你們告訴那被召的人，我的筵席已經預備好了，牛和肥畜已經宰了，各樣都齊備，請你們來赴席。』那些人不理就走了；一個到自己田裡去；一個做買賣去；其餘的拿住僕人，凌辱他們，把他們殺了。王就大怒，發兵除滅那些兇手，燒燬他們的城。於是對僕人說：『喜筵已經齊備，只是所召的人不配。所以你們要往岔路口上去，凡遇見的，都召來赴席。』那些僕人就出去，到大路上，凡遇見的，不論善惡都召聚了來，筵席上就坐滿了客。王進來觀看賓客，見那裡有一個沒有穿禮服的，就對他說：『朋友，你到這裡來怎麼不穿禮服呢？』那人無言可答。於是王對使喚的人說：『捆起他的手腳來，把他丟在外邊的黑暗裡；在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。』因為被召的人多，選上的人少。」

馬可福音 12:1 - 12 Jesus then began to speak to them in parables: "A man planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a pit for the winepress and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and moved to another place. At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants to collect from them some of the fruit of the vineyard. But they seized him, beat him and sent him away empty-handed. Then he sent another servant to them; they struck this man on the head and treated him shamefully. He sent still another, and that one they killed. He sent many others; some of them they beat, others they killed. "He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all, saying, 'They will respect my son.' "But the tenants said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.' So they took him and killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard. "What then will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others. Haven't you read this passage of Scripture: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes' ote style="f" caller="+"> 12:11 Psalm 118:22,23 ?" Then the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders looked for a way to arrest him because they knew he had spoken the parable against them. But they were afraid of the crowd; so they left him and went away.
耶穌就用比喻對他們說：「有人栽了一個葡萄園，周圍圈上籬笆，挖了一個壓酒池，蓋了一座樓，租給園戶，就往外國去了。到了時候，打發一個僕人到園戶那裡，要從園戶收葡萄園的果子。園戶拿住他，打了他，叫他空手回去。再打發一個僕人到他們那裡。他們打傷他的頭，並且凌辱他。又打發一個僕人去，他們就殺了他。後又打發好些僕人去，有被他們打的，有被他們殺的。園主還有一位是他的愛子，末後又打發他去，意思說：『他們必尊敬我的兒子。』不料，那些園戶彼此說：『這是承受產業的。來吧，我們殺他，產業就歸我們了！』於是拿住他，殺了他，把他丟在園外。這樣，葡萄園的主人要怎樣辦呢？他要來除滅那些園戶，將葡萄園轉給別人。經上寫著說：匠人所棄的石頭，已作了房角的頭塊石頭。這是主所做的，在我們眼中看為希奇。這經你們沒有念過嗎？」他們看出這比喻是指著他們說的，就想要捉拿他，只是懼怕百姓，於是離開他走了。

路加福音 8:11 - 15 "This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God. Those along the path are the ones who hear, and then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. Those on the rocky ground are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away. The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life's worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.
「這比喻乃是這樣：種子就是神的道。那些在路旁的，就是人聽了道，隨後魔鬼來，從他們心裡把道奪去，恐怕他們信了得救。那些在磐石上的，就是人聽道，歡喜領受，但心中沒有根，不過暫時相信，及至遇見試煉就退後了。那落在荊棘裡的，就是人聽了道，走開以後，被今生的思慮、錢財、宴樂擠住了，便結不出成熟的子粒來。那落在好土裡的，就是人聽了道，持守在誠實善良的心裡，並且忍耐著結實。」

路加福音 11:5 - 8 Then Jesus said to them, "Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, 'Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.' And suppose the one inside answers, 'Don't bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can't get up and give you anything.' I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity he will surely get up and give you as much as you need.
耶穌又說：「你們中間誰有一個朋友半夜到他那裡去，說：『朋友！請借給我三個餅；因為我有一個朋友行路，來到我這裡，我沒有什麼給他擺上。』那人在裡面回答說：『不要攪擾我，門已經關閉，孩子們也同我在床上了，我不能起來給你。』我告訴你們，雖不因他是朋友起來給他，但因他情詞迫切的直求，就必起來照他所需用的給他。

路加福音 12:16 - 21 And he told them this parable: "The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. He thought to himself, 'What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.' "Then he said, 'This is what I'll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry." ' "But God said to him, 'You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?' "This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God."
就用比喻對他們說：「有一個財主田產豐盛；自己心裡思想說：『我的出產沒有地方收藏，怎麼辦呢？』又說：『我要這麼辦：要把我的倉房拆了，另蓋更大的，在那裡好收藏我一切的糧食和財物，然後要對我的『靈魂說：「靈魂哪，你有許多財物積存，可作多年的費用，只管安安逸逸的吃喝快樂吧！』神卻對他說：『無知的人哪，今夜必要你的靈魂；你所預備的要歸誰呢？』凡為自己積財，在神面前卻不富足的，也是這樣。」

路加福音 12:35 - 40 "Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. Truly I tell you, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the middle of the night or toward daybreak. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him."
「你們腰裡要束上帶，燈也要點著，自己好像僕人等候主人從婚姻的筵席上回來。他來到，叩門，就立刻給他開門。主人來了，看見僕人警醒，那僕人就有福了。我實在告訴你們，主人必叫他們坐席，自己束上帶，進前伺候他們。或是二更天來，或是三更天來，看見僕人這樣，那僕人就有福了。家主若知道賊什麼時候來，就必警醒，不容賊挖透房屋，這是你們所知道的。你們也要預備；因為你們想不到的時候，人子就來了。」

路加福音 16:1 - 9 Jesus told his disciples: "There was a rich man whose manager was accused of wasting his possessions. So he called him in and asked him, 'What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.' "The manager said to himself, 'What shall I do now? My master is taking away my job. I'm not strong enough to dig, and I'm ashamed to beg- I know what I'll do so that, when I lose my job here, people will welcome me into their houses.' "So he called in each one of his master's debtors. He asked the first, 'How much do you owe my master?' " 'Nine hundred gallons ote style="f" caller="+"> 16:6 Or about 3,000 liters of olive oil,' he replied. "The manager told him, 'Take your bill, sit down quickly, and make it four hundred and fifty.' "Then he asked the second, 'And how much do you owe?' " 'A thousand bushels ote style="f" caller="+"> 16:7 Or about 30 tons of wheat,' he replied. "He told him, 'Take your bill and make it eight hundred.' "The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light. I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.
耶穌又對門徒說：「有一個財主的管家，別人向他主人告他浪費主人的財物。主人叫他來，對他說：『我聽見你這事怎麼樣呢？把你所經管的交代明白，因你不能再作我的管家。』那管家心裡說：『主人辭我，不用我再作管家，我將來做什麼？鋤地呢？無力；討飯呢？怕羞。我知道怎麼行，好叫人在我不作管家之後，接我到他們家裡去。』於是把欠他主人債的，一個一個的叫了來，問頭一個說：『你欠我主人多少？』他說：『一百簍（每簍約五十斤）油。』管家說：『拿你的賬，快坐下，寫五十。』又問一個說：『你欠多少？』他說：『一百石麥子。』管家說：『拿你的賬，寫八十。』主人就誇獎這不義的管家做事聰明；因為今世之子，在世事之上，較比光明之子更加聰明。我又告訴你們，要藉著那不義的錢財結交朋友，到了錢財無用的時候，他們可以接你們到永存的帳幕裡去。

路加福音 18:1 - 8 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.' "For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, 'Even though I don't fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually come and attack me!' " And the Lord said, "Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"
耶穌設一個比喻，是要人常常禱告，不可灰心。說：「某城裡有一個官，不懼怕神，也不尊重世人。那城裡有個寡婦，常到他那裡，說：『我有一個對頭，求你給我伸冤。』他多日不准。後來心裡說：『我雖不懼怕神，也不尊重世人，只因這寡婦煩擾我，我就給他伸冤吧，免得他常來纏磨我！』」主說：「你們聽這不義之官所說的話。神的選民晝夜呼籲他，他縱然為他們忍了多時，豈不終久給他們伸冤嗎？我告訴你們，要快快的給他們伸冤了。然而，人子來的時候，遇得見世上有信德嗎？」

使徒行傳 6:1 In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Hellenistic Jews among them complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food.
那時，門徒增多，有說希利尼話的猶太人向希伯來人發怨言，因為在天天的供給上忽略了他們的寡婦。

提摩太前書 5:3 - 6 Give proper recognition to those widows who are really in need. But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God. The widow who is really in need and left all alone puts her hope in God and continues night and day to pray and to ask God for help. But the widow who lives for pleasure is dead even while she lives.
要尊敬那真為寡婦的。若寡婦有兒女，或有孫子孫女，便叫他們先在自己家中學著行孝，報答親恩，因為這在神面前是可悅納的。那獨居無靠、真為寡婦的，是仰賴神，晝夜不住的祈求禱告。但那好宴樂的寡婦正活著的時候也是死的。

提摩太前書 5:14 So I counsel younger widows to marry, to have children, to manage their homes and to give the enemy no opportunity for slander.
所以我願意年輕的寡婦嫁人，生養兒女，治理家務，不給敵人辱罵的把柄。

詩篇 68:5 A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.

詩篇 146:9 The Lord watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.

In the same way your Father in heaven is not willing that any of these little ones should perish.
一個人若有一百隻羊，一隻走迷了路，你們的意思如何？他豈不撇下這九十九隻，往山裡去找那隻迷路的羊嗎？若是找著了，我實在告訴你們，他為這一隻羊歡喜，比為那沒有迷路的九十九隻歡喜還大呢！你們在天上的父也是這樣，不願意這小子裡失喪一個。」

馬可福音 4:14 - 20 The farmer sows the word. Some people are like seed along the path, where the word is sown. As soon as they hear it, Satan comes and takes away the word that was sown in them. Others, like seed sown on rocky places, hear the word and at once receive it with joy. But since they have no root, they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away. Still others, like seed sown among thorns, hear the word; but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful. Others, like seed sown on good soil, hear the word, accept it, and produce a crop-some thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times what was sown."
撒種之人所撒的就是道。那撒在路旁的，就是人聽了道，撒但立刻來，把撒在他心裡的道奪了去。那撒在石頭地上的，就是人聽了道，立刻歡喜領受，但他心裡沒有根，不過是暫時的，及至為道遭了患難，或是受了逼迫，立刻就跌倒了。還有那撒在荊棘裡的，就是人聽了道，後來有世上的思慮、錢財的迷惑，和別樣的私慾進來，把道擠住了，就不能結實。那撒在好地上的，就是人聽道，又領受，並且結實，有三十倍的，有六十倍的，有一百倍的。」

馬可福音 4:26 - 32 He also said, "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces grain-first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come." Again he said, "What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it? It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade."
又說：「神的國如同人把種撒在地上。黑夜睡覺，白日起來，這種就發芽漸長，那人卻不曉得如何這樣。地生五穀是出於自然的：先發苗，後長穗，再後穗上結成飽滿的子粒；穀既熟了，就用鐮刀去割，因為收成的時候到了。」又說：「神的國，我們可用什麼比較呢？可用什麼比喻表明呢？好像一粒芥菜種，種在地裡的時候，雖比地上的百種都小，但種上以後，就長起來，比各樣的菜都大，又長出大枝來，甚至天上的飛鳥可以宿在他的蔭下。」

馬可福音 13:28 - 29 "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that it is near, right at the door.
「你們可以從無花果樹學個比方：當樹枝發嫩長葉的時候，你們就知道夏天近了。這樣，你們幾時看見這些事成就，也該知道人子（人子：或作神的國）近了，正在門口了。

路加福音 13:6 - 9 Then he told this parable: "A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any. So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard, 'For three years now I've been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven't found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?' " 'Sir,' the man replied, 'leave it alone for one more year, and I'll dig around it and fertilize it. If it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down.' "
於是用比喻說：「一個人有一棵無花果樹栽在葡萄園裡。他來到樹前找果子，卻找不著。就對管園的說：『看哪，我這三年來到這無花果樹前找果子，竟找不著，把他砍了吧，何必白佔地土呢！』管園的說：『主啊，今年且留著，等我周圍掘開土，加上糞；以後若結果子便罷，不然再把他砍了。』」

路加福音 13:18 - 21 Then Jesus asked, "What is the kingdom of God like? What shall I compare it to? It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his garden. It grew and became a tree, and the birds perched in its branches." Again he asked, "What shall I compare the kingdom of God to? It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough."
耶穌說：「神的國好像什麼？我拿什麼來比較呢？好像一粒芥菜種，有人拿去種在園子裡，長大成樹，天上的飛鳥宿在他的枝上。」又說：「我拿什麼來比神的國呢？好比麵酵，有婦人拿來藏在三斗麵裡，直等全團都發起來。」

路加福音 14:15 - 24 When one of those at the table with him heard this, he said to Jesus, "Blessed is the one who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God." Jesus replied: "A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, 'Come, for everything is now ready.' "But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, 'I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.' "Another said, 'I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I'm on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.' "Still another said, 'I just got married, so I can't come.' "The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, 'Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.' " 'Sir,' the servant said, 'what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.' "Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. I tell you, not one of those who were invited will get a taste of my banquet.' "
同席的有一人聽見這話，就對耶穌說：「在神國裡吃飯的有福了！」耶穌對他說：「有一人擺設大筵席，請了許多客。到了坐席的時候，打發僕人去對所請的人說：『請來吧！樣樣都齊備了。』眾人一口同音的推辭。頭一個說：『我買了一塊地，必須去看看。請你准我辭了。』又有一個說：『我買了五對牛，要去試一試。請你准我辭了。』又有一個說：『我才娶了妻，所以不能去。』那僕人回來，把這事都告訴了主人。家主就動怒，對僕人說：『快出去，到城裡大街小巷，領那貧窮的、殘廢的、瞎眼的、瘸腿的來。』僕人說：『主啊，你所吩咐的已經辦了，還有空座。』主人對僕人說，『你出去到路上和籬笆那裡，勉強人進來，坐滿我的屋子。我告訴你們，先前所請的人，沒有一個得嘗我的筵席。』」

路加福音 16:19 - 31 "There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich man's table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores. "The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.' "But Abraham replied, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.' "He answered, 'Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.' "Abraham replied, 'They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.' " 'No, father Abraham,' he said, 'but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.' "He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.' "

He said: "A man of noble birth went to a distant country to have himself appointed king and then to return. So he called ten of his servants and gave them ten minas. 'Put this money to work,' he said, 'until I come back.' "But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, 'We don't want this man to be our king.' "He was made king, however, and returned home. Then he sent for the servants to whom he had given the money, in order to find out what they had gained with it. "The first one came and said, 'Sir, your mina has earned ten more.' " 'Well done, my good servant!' his master replied. 'Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.' "The second came and said, 'Sir, your mina has earned five more.' "His master answered, 'You take charge of five cities.' "Then another servant came and said, 'Sir, here is your mina; I have kept it laid away in a piece of cloth. I was afraid of you, because you are a hard man. You take out what you did not put in and reap what you did not sow.' "His master replied, 'I will judge you by your own words, you wicked servant! You knew, did you, that I am a hard man, taking out what I did not put in, and reaping what I did not sow? Why then didn't you put my money on deposit, so that when I came back, I could have collected it with interest?' "Then he said to those standing by, 'Take his mina away from him and give it to the one who has ten minas.' " 'Sir,' they said, 'he already has ten!' "He replied, 'I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what they have will be taken away. But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them-bring them here and kill them in front of me.' "

路加福音 20:9 - 18 He went on to tell the people this parable: "A man planted a vineyard, rented it to some farmers and went away for a long time. At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants so they would give him some of the fruit of the vineyard. But the tenants beat him and sent him away empty-handed. He sent another servant, but that one also they beat and treated shamefully and sent away empty-handed. He sent still a third, and they wounded him and threw him out. "Then the owner of the vineyard said, 'What shall I do? I will send my son, whom I love; perhaps they will respect him.' "But when the tenants saw him, they talked the matter over. 'This is the heir,' they said. 'Let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.' So they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. "What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others." When the people heard this, they said, "God forbid!" Jesus looked directly at them and asked, "Then what is the meaning of that which is written: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone' ote style="f" caller="+"> 20:17 Psalm 118:22 ? 約翰福音 10:1 - 16 "Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice." Jesus used this figure of speech, but the Pharisees did not understand what he was telling them. Therefore Jesus said again, "Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me- just as the Father knows me and I know the Father-and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.

'These who were hired last worked only one hour,' they said, 'and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.' "But he answered one of them, 'I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn't you agree to work for a denarius? Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. Don't I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?' "So the last will be first, and the first will be last." Now Jesus was going up to Jerusalem. On the way, he took the Twelve aside and said to them, "We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law.
