箴言 3:5 - 6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
你要專心仰賴耶和華,不可倚靠自己的聰明, 在你一切所行的事上都要認定他,他必指引你的路。
詩篇 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
我要教導你,指示你當行的路;我要定睛在你身上勸戒你。
箴言 16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.
你所做的,要交託耶和華,你所謀的,就必成立。
耶利米書 29:11 - 14 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you," declares the Lord, "and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you," declares the Lord, "and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile."
耶和華說:我知道我向你們所懷的意念是賜平安的意念,不是降災禍的意念,要叫你們末後有指望。 你們要呼求我,禱告我,我就應允你們。 你們尋求我,若專心尋求我,就必尋見。 耶和華說:我必被你們尋見,我也必使你們被擄的人歸回,將你們從各國中和我所趕你們到的各處招聚了來,又將你們帶回我使你們被擄掠離開的地方。這是耶和華說的。
箴言 24:27 Put your outdoor work in order and get your fields ready; after that, build your house.
你要在外頭預備工料,在田間辦理整齊,然後建造房屋。

你手若有行善的力量,不可推辭,就當向那應得的人施行。 你那裡若有現成的,不可對鄰舍說:去吧,明天再來,我必給你。
馬太福音 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
「你們祈求,就給你們;尋找,就尋見;叩門,就給你們開門。
耶利米書 17:7 "But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.

提摩太前書 4:8 For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
「操練身體,益處還少;惟獨敬虔,凡事都有益處,因有今生和來生的應許。」
詩篇 127:1 Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.
(所羅門上行之詩。)若不是耶和華建造房屋,建造的人就枉然勞力;若不是耶和華看守城池,看守的人就枉然警醒。
箴言 18:16 A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great.
人的禮物為他開路,引他到高位的人面前。
約書亞記 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
這律法書不可離開你的口,總要晝夜思想,好使你謹守遵行這書上所寫的一切話。如此,你的道路就可以亨通,凡事順利。

雅各書 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
各樣美善的恩賜和各樣全備的賞賜都是從上頭來的,從眾光之父那裡降下來的;在他並沒有改變,也沒有轉動的影兒。

耶和華如此說:你們不要記念從前的事,也不要思想古時的事。 看哪,我要做一件新事;如今要發現,你們豈不知道嗎?我必在曠野開道路,在沙漠開江河。
馬太福音 6:28 - 34 "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you-you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
何必為衣裳憂慮呢?你想野地裡的百合花怎麼長起來;他也不勞苦,也不紡線。 然而我告訴你們,就是所羅門極榮華的時候,他所穿戴的,還不如這花一朵呢! 你們這小信的人哪!野地裡的草今天還在,明天就丟在爐裡,神還給他這樣的妝飾,何況你們呢! 所以,不要憂慮說:吃什麼?喝什麼?穿什麼? 這都是外邦人所求的,你們需用的這一切東西,你們的天父是知道的。 你們要先求他的國和他的義,這些東西都要加給你們了。 所以,不要為明天憂慮,因為明天自有明天的憂慮;一天的難處一天當就夠了。」
詩篇 115:1 Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.
耶和華啊,榮耀不要歸與我們,不要歸與我們;要因你的慈愛和誠實歸在你的名下!
耶利米書 29:7 Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper."
我所使你們被擄到的那城,你們要為那城求平安,為那城禱告耶和華;因為那城得平安,你們也隨著得平安。
