加拉太書 6:3 If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves.
人若無有,自己還以為有,就是自欺了。
約伯記 27:8 - 10 For what hope have the godless when they are cut off, when God takes away their life? Does God listen to their cry when distress comes upon them? Will they find delight in the Almighty? Will they call on God at all times?
不敬虔的人雖然得利,神奪取其命的時候還有什麼指望呢? 患難臨到他,神豈能聽他的呼求? 他豈以全能者為樂,隨時求告神呢?
耶利米書 5:2 Although they say, 'As surely as the Lord lives,' still they are swearing falsely."
其中的人雖然指著永生的耶和華起誓,所起的誓實在是假的。
約翰福音 6:26 Jesus answered, "Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill.

哥林多後書 4:2 Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone's conscience in the sight of God.
乃將那些暗昧可恥的事棄絕了;不行詭詐,不謬講神的道理,只將真理表明出來,好在神面前把自己薦與各人的良心。
雅各書 3:17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
惟獨從上頭來的智慧,先是清潔,後是和平,溫良柔順,滿有憐憫,多結善果,沒有偏見,沒有假冒。
箴言 7:10 - 23 Then out came a woman to meet him, dressed like a prostitute and with crafty intent. (She is unruly and defiant, her feet never stay at home; now in the street, now in the squares, at every corner she lurks.) She took hold of him and kissed him and with a brazen face she said: "Today I fulfilled my vows, and I have food from my fellowship offering at home. So I came out to meet you; I looked for you and have found you! I have covered my bed with colored linens from Egypt. I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes and cinnamon. Come, let's drink deeply of love till morning; let's enjoy ourselves with love! My husband is not at home; he has gone on a long journey. He took his purse filled with money and will not be home till full moon." With persuasive words she led him astray; she seduced him with her smooth talk. All at once he followed her like an ox going to the slaughter, like a deer stepping into a noose7:22The meaning of the Hebrew for this line is uncertain. till an arrow pierces his liver, like a bird darting into a snare, little knowing it will cost him his life.
看哪,有一個婦人來迎接他,是妓女的打扮,有詭詐的心思。 這婦人喧嚷,不守約束,在家裡停不住腳, 有時在街市上,有時在寬闊處,或在各巷口蹲伏, 拉住那少年人,與他親嘴,臉無羞恥對他說: 平安祭在我這裡,今日才還了我所許的願。 因此,我出來迎接你,懇切求見你的面,恰巧遇見了你。 我已經用繡花毯子和埃及線織的花紋布鋪了我的床。 我又用沒藥、沉香、桂皮薰了我的榻。 你來,我們可以飽享愛情,直到早晨;我們可以彼此親愛歡樂。 因為我丈夫不在家,出門行遠路; 他手拿銀囊,必到月望才回家。 淫婦用許多巧言誘他隨從,用諂媚的嘴逼他同行。 少年人立刻跟隨他,好像牛往宰殺之地,又像愚昧人帶鎖鍊去受刑罰, 直等箭穿他的肝,如同雀鳥急入網羅,卻不知是自喪己命。
以賽亞書 48:1 "Listen to this, you descendants of Jacob, you who are called by the name of Israel and come from the line of Judah, you who take oaths in the name of the Lord and invoke the God of Israel- but not in truth or righteousness-
雅各家,稱為以色列名下,從猶大水源出來的,當聽我言!你們指著耶和華的名起誓,提說以色列的神,卻不憑誠實,不憑公義。
耶利米書 3:10 In spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return to me with all her heart, but only in pretense," declares the Lord.
雖有這一切的事,他奸詐的妹妹猶大還不一心歸向我,不過是假意歸我。這是耶和華說的。」
耶利米哀歌 1:2 Bitterly she weeps at night, tears are on her cheeks. Among all her lovers there is no one to comfort her. All her friends have betrayed her; they have become her enemies.
他夜間痛哭,淚流滿腮;在一切所親愛的中間沒有一個安慰他的。他的朋友都以詭詐待他,成為他的仇敵。
何西阿書 7:14 They do not cry out to me from their hearts but wail on their beds. They slash themselves, appealing to their gods for grain and new wine, but they turn away from me.
他們並不誠心哀求我,乃在床上呼號;他們為求五穀新酒聚集,仍然悖逆我。
馬太福音 7:15 "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

有敬虔的外貌,卻背了敬虔的實意;這等人你要躲開。
雅各書 1:22 - 24 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.
只是你們要行道,不要單單聽道,自己欺哄自己。 因為聽道而不行道的,就像人對著鏡子看自己本來的面目, 看見,走後,隨即忘了他的相貌如何。
猶大書 1:12 These people are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm-shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted-twice dead.
這樣的人在你們的愛席上與你們同吃的時候,正是礁石(或作:玷污)他們作牧人,只知餵養自己,無所懼怕;是沒有雨的雲彩,被風飄蕩;是秋天沒有果子的樹,死而又死,連根被拔出來;
啟示錄 3:9 I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars-I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you.
那撒但一會的,自稱是猶太人,其實不是猶太人,乃是說謊話的,我要使他們來,在你腳前下拜,也使他們知道我是已經愛你了。
詩篇 55:12 - 14 If an enemy were insulting me, I could endure it; if a foe were rising against me, I could hide. But it is you, a man like myself, my companion, my close friend, with whom I once enjoyed sweet fellowship at the house of God, as we walked about among the worshipers.
原來不是仇敵辱罵我,若是仇敵,還可忍耐;也不是恨我的人向我狂大,若是恨我的人就必躲避他。 不料是你;你原與我平等,是我的同伴,是我知己的朋友! 我們素常彼此談論,以為甘甜;我們與群眾在神的殿中同行。
詩篇 78:34 - 37 Whenever God slew them, they would seek him; they eagerly turned to him again. They remembered that God was their Rock, that God Most High was their Redeemer. But then they would flatter him with their mouths, lying to him with their tongues; their hearts were not loyal to him, they were not faithful to his covenant.
他殺他們的時候,他們才求問他,回心轉意,切切的尋求神。 他們也追念神是他們的磐石,至高的神是他們的救贖主。 他們卻用口諂媚他,用舌向他說謊。 因他們的心向他不正,在他的約上也不忠心。

箴言 26:18 Like a maniac shooting flaming arrows of death
人欺凌鄰舍,卻說:我豈不是戲耍嗎?他就像瘋狂的人拋擲火把、利箭,與殺人的兵器(原文作死亡)。
以賽亞書 1:13 - 14 Stop bringing meaningless offerings! Your incense is detestable to me. New Moons, Sabbaths and convocations- I cannot bear your worthless assemblies. Your New Moon feasts and your appointed festivals I hate with all my being. They have become a burden to me; I am weary of bearing them.
你們不要再獻虛浮的供物。香品是我所憎惡的;月朔和安息日,並宣召的大會,也是我所憎惡的;作罪孽,又守嚴肅會,我也不能容忍。 你們的月朔和節期,我心裡恨惡,我都以為麻煩;我擔當,便不耐煩。
以賽亞書 33:14 The sinners in Zion are terrified; trembling grips the godless: "Who of us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who of us can dwell with everlasting burning?"
錫安中的罪人都懼怕;不敬虔的人被戰兢抓住。我們中間誰能與吞滅的火同住?我們中間誰能與永火同住呢?
耶利米書 6:20 What do I care about incense from Sheba or sweet calamus from a distant land? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable; your sacrifices do not please me."
從示巴出的乳香,從遠方出的菖蒲(或作:甘蔗)奉來給我有何益呢?你們的燔祭不蒙悅納;你們的平安祭,我也不喜悅。
瑪拉基書 3:14 "You have said, 'It is futile to serve God. What do we gain by carrying out his requirements and going about like mourners before the Lord Almighty?

馬太福音 6:5 "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.
「你們禱告的時候,不可像那假冒為善的人,愛站在會堂裡和十字路口上禱告,故意叫人看見。我實在告訴你們,他們已經得了他們的賞賜。
馬可福音 9:50 "Salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, how can you make it salty again? Have salt among yourselves, and be at peace with each other."
鹽本是好的,若失了味,可用什麼叫他再鹹呢?你們裡頭應當有鹽,彼此和睦。」
路加福音 6:46 "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?
「你們為什麼稱呼我『主啊,主啊,』卻不遵我的話行呢?
路加福音 11:39 Then the Lord said to him, "Now then, you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness.
主對他說:「如今你們法利賽人洗淨杯盤的外面,你們裡面卻滿了勒索和邪惡。
路加福音 13:13 - 17 Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God. Indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, the synagogue leader said to the people, "There are six days for work. So come and be healed on those days, not on the Sabbath." The Lord answered him, "You hypocrites! Doesn't each of you on the Sabbath untie your ox or donkey from the stall and lead it out to give it water? Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day from what bound her?" When he said this, all his opponents were humiliated, but the people were delighted with all the wonderful things he was doing.
於是用兩隻手按著他;他立刻直起腰來,就歸榮耀與神。 管會堂的因為耶穌在安息日治病,就氣忿忿的對眾人說:「有六日應當做工;那六日之內可以來求醫,在安息日卻不可。」 主說:「假冒為善的人哪,難道你們各人在安息日不解開槽上的牛、驢,牽去飲嗎? 況且這女人本是亞伯拉罕的後裔,被撒但捆綁了這十八年,不當在安息日解開他的綁嗎?」 耶穌說這話,他的敵人都慚愧了;眾人因他所行一切榮耀的事,就都歡喜了。
羅馬書 1:18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness,
原來,神的忿怒從天上顯明在一切不虔不義的人身上,就是那些行不義阻擋真理的人。
羅馬書 2:3 So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God's judgment?
你這人哪,你論斷行這樣事的人,自己所行的卻和別人一樣,你以為能逃脫神的審判嗎?
提摩太前書 4:2 Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.
這是因為說謊之人的假冒;這等人的良心如同被熱鐵烙慣了一般。
彼得前書 2:16 Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God's slaves.
你們雖是自由的,卻不可藉著自由遮蓋惡毒,(或作:陰毒)總要作神的僕人。
彼得後書 2:19 They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity-for "people are slaves to whatever has mastered them."
他們應許人得以自由,自己卻作敗壞的奴僕,因為人被誰制伏就是誰的奴僕。
約伯記 13:16 - 17 Indeed, this will turn out for my deliverance, for no godless person would dare come before him! Listen carefully to what I say; let my words ring in your ears.
這要成為我的拯救,因為不虔誠的人不得到他面前。 你們要細聽我的言語,使我所辯論的入你們的耳中。
約伯記 17:8 The upright are appalled at this; the innocent are aroused against the ungodly.
正直人因此必驚奇;無辜的人要興起攻擊不敬虔之輩。
詩篇 55:20 - 21 My companion attacks his friends; he violates his covenant. His talk is smooth as butter, yet war is in his heart; his words are more soothing than oil, yet they are drawn swords.
他背了約,伸手攻擊與他和好的人。 他的口如奶油光滑,他的心卻懷著爭戰;他的話比油柔和,其實是拔出來的刀。
詩篇 55:23 But you, God, will bring down the wicked into the pit of decay; the bloodthirsty and deceitful will not live out half their days. But as for me, I trust in you.
神啊,你必使惡人下入滅亡的坑;流人血、行詭詐的人必活不到半世,但我要倚靠你。
箴言 20:14 "It's no good, it's no good!" says the buyer- then goes off and boasts about the purchase.
買物的說:不好,不好;及至買去,他便自誇。
以賽亞書 9:17 Therefore the Lord will take no pleasure in the young men, nor will he pity the fatherless and widows, for everyone is ungodly and wicked, every mouth speaks folly. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
所以,主必不喜悅他們的少年人,也不憐恤他們的孤兒寡婦;因為,各人是褻瀆的,是行惡的,並且各人的口都說愚妄的話。雖然如此,耶和華的怒氣還未轉消;他的手仍伸不縮。
以賽亞書 10:6 I send him against a godless nation, I dispatch him against a people who anger me, to seize loot and snatch plunder, and to trample them down like mud in the streets.
我要打發他攻擊褻瀆的國民,吩咐他攻擊我所惱怒的百姓,搶財為擄物,奪貨為掠物,將他們踐踏,像街上的泥土一樣。
以賽亞書 29:13 The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught.
主說:因為這百姓親近我,用嘴唇尊敬我,心卻遠離我;他們敬畏我,不過是領受人的吩咐。
耶利米書 7:8 - 10 But look, you are trusting in deceptive words that are worthless. " 'Will you steal and murder, commit adultery and perjury, burn incense to Baal and follow other gods you have not known, and then come and stand before me in this house, which bears my Name, and say, "We are safe"-safe to do all these detestable things?
「看哪,你們倚靠虛謊無益的話。 你們偷盜,殺害,姦淫,起假誓,向巴力燒香,並隨從素不認識的別神, 且來到這稱為我名下的殿,在我面前敬拜;又說:『我們可以自由了。』你們這樣的舉動是要行那些可憎的事嗎?
耶利米書 9:4 "Beware of your friends; do not trust anyone in your clan. For every one of them is a deceiver, and every friend a slanderer.
你們各人當謹防鄰舍,不可信靠弟兄;因為弟兄盡行欺騙,鄰舍都往來讒謗人。
耶利米書 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?
人心比萬物都詭詐,壞到極處,誰能識透呢?
瑪拉基書 2:13 Another thing you do: You flood the Lord's altar with tears. You weep and wail because he no longer looks with favor on your offerings or accepts them with pleasure from your hands.
你們又行了一件這樣的事,使前妻歎息哭泣的眼淚遮蓋耶和華的壇,以致耶和華不再看顧那供物,也不樂意從你們手中收納。
馬太福音 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
經上說:『我喜愛憐恤,不喜愛祭祀。』這句話的意思,你們且去揣摩。我來本不是召義人,乃是召罪人。」

「鹽本是好的;鹽若失了味,可用什麼叫他再鹹呢?
