路加福音 15:7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
我告訴你們,一個罪人悔改,在天上也要這樣為他歡喜,較比為九十九個不用悔改的義人歡喜更大。」
羅馬書 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
因為世人都犯了罪,虧缺了神的榮耀;
啟示錄 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars-they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."

彼得後書 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
主所應許的尚未成就,有人以為他是耽延,其實不是耽延,乃是寬容你們,不願有一人沉淪,乃願人人都悔改。
詩篇 25:8 Good and upright is the Lord; therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.

詩篇 104:35 But may sinners vanish from the earth and the wicked be no more. Praise the Lord, my soul. Praise the Lord.
願罪人從世上消滅!願惡人歸於無有!我的心哪,要稱頌耶和華!你們要讚美耶和華(原文作哈利路亞;下同)!
路加福音 15:1 Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus.
眾稅吏和罪人都挨近耶穌,要聽他講道。
雅各書 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
因為凡遵守全律法的,只在一條上跌倒,他就是犯了眾條。

約翰一書 5:16 If you see any brother or sister commit a sin that does not lead to death, you should pray and God will give them life. I refer to those whose sin does not lead to death. There is a sin that leads to death. I am not saying that you should pray about that.
人若看見弟兄犯了不至於死的罪,就當為他祈求,神必將生命賜給他;有至於死的罪,我不說當為這罪祈求。
羅馬書 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死,神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。
馬太福音 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.
「一個人不能事奉兩個主;不是惡這個,愛那個,就是重這個,輕那個。你們不能又事奉神,又事奉瑪門(瑪門:財利的意思)。」
箴言 13:21 Trouble pursues the sinner, but the righteous are rewarded with good things.
禍患追趕罪人;義人必得善報。
馬太福音 9:11 When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?"
法利賽人看見,就對耶穌的門徒說:「你們的先生為什麼和稅吏並罪人一同吃飯呢?」
約翰福音 9:31 We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly person who does his will.
我們知道神不聽罪人,惟有敬奉神、遵行他旨意的,神才聽他。
羅馬書 5:19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
