羅馬書 4:4 Now to the one who works, wages are not credited as a gift but as an obligation.
做工的得工價,不算恩典,乃是該得的;
利未記 19:13 " 'Do not defraud or rob your neighbor. " 'Do not hold back the wages of a hired worker overnight.
「不可欺壓你的鄰舍,也不可搶奪他的物。雇工人的工價,不可在你那裡過夜,留到早晨。
提摩太前書 5:18 For Scripture says, "Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain," and "The worker deserves his wages."
因為經上說:「牛在場上踹穀的時候,不可籠住他的嘴」;又說:「工人得工價是應當的。」
馬太福音 20:8 "When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, 'Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.'
到了晚上,園主對管事的說:『叫工人都來,給他們工錢,從後來的起,到先來的為止。
雅各書 5:4 Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty.
工人給你們收割莊稼,你們虧欠他們的工錢,這工錢有聲音呼叫,並且那收割之人的冤聲已經入了萬軍之主的耳了。
耶利米書 22:13 "Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his upper rooms by injustice, making his own people work for nothing, not paying them for their labor.
那行不義蓋房、行不公造樓、白白使用人的手工不給工價的有禍了!
約翰福音 4:36 Even now the one who reaps draws a wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the sower and the reaper may be glad together.
收割的人得工價,積蓄五穀到永生,叫撒種的和收割的一同快樂。
哈該書 1:6 You have planted much, but harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it."
你們撒的種多,收的卻少;你們吃,卻不得飽;喝,卻不得足;穿衣服,卻不得暖;得工錢的,將工錢裝在破漏的囊中。」
瑪拉基書 3:5 "So I will come to put you on trial. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive the foreigners among you of justice, but do not fear me," says the Lord Almighty.
萬軍之耶和華說:「我必臨近你們,施行審判。我必速速作見證,警戒行邪術的、犯姦淫的、起假誓的、虧負人之工價的、欺壓寡婦孤兒的、屈枉寄居的,和不敬畏我的。」
申命記 24:15 Pay them their wages each day before sunset, because they are poor and are counting on it. Otherwise they may cry to the Lord against you, and you will be guilty of sin.
要當日給他工價,不可等到日落,因為他窮苦,把心放在工價上,恐怕他因你求告耶和華,罪便歸你了。
路加福音 10:7 Stay there, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around from house to house.
你們要住在那家,吃喝他們所供給的,因為工人得工價是應當的;不要從這家搬到那家。
歌羅西書 4:1 Masters, provide your slaves with what is right and fair, because you know that you also have a Master in heaven.
你們作主人的,要公公平平的待僕人,因為知道你們也有一位主在天上。
彼得後書 2:13 They will be paid back with harm for the harm they have done. Their idea of pleasure is to carouse in broad daylight. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their pleasures while they feast with you.
行的不義,就得了不義的工價。這些人喜愛白晝宴樂,他們已被玷污,又有瑕疵,正與你們一同坐席,就以自己的詭詐為快樂。
創世記 31:7 yet your father has cheated me by changing my wages ten times. However, God has not allowed him to harm me.
你們的父親欺哄我,十次改了我的工價;然而神不容他害我。
哥林多後書 11:8 I robbed other churches by receiving support from them so as to serve you.
我虧負了別的教會,向他們取了工價來給你們效力。
約伯記 7:2 Like a slave longing for the evening shadows, or a hired laborer waiting to be paid,
像奴僕切慕黑影,像雇工人盼望工價;
路加福音 3:14 Then some soldiers asked him, "And what should we do?" He replied, "Don't extort money and don't accuse people falsely-be content with your pay."
又有兵丁問他說:「我們當做什麼呢?」約翰說:「不要以強暴待人,也不要訛詐人,自己有錢糧就當知足。」
